Nail these pieces together at the corners with small nails. Now, prepare to make the floor frame. Slug and cut the other wood cuts. Then, nail them together at the corners with sixteen small nails. Now attach the top of the frame to the bottom of the frame around with the help of additional nails. Measure the remaining wood cuts, cut them and use them to complete the inside of the top frame. Space them at about eight inches so the floor will be build up. Final step is to lay the foundation of your wood shed is to slug, cut, and nail sheets of 1-inch plywood across the top of the frame.

Add the wall frames after the completion of foundation. Now slug and cut other wood cuts for front and back wall; the length will be determined by the height of your shed. Now, nail all four pieces of wood together for making the wall frame. Use some more wood to fill in the frame; space them for about eight inches.

Since you need to make a doorway in the front wall, few changes are to be made. After completion of outer frame slug and mark out where the doorway location. Each side of the doorway frame will be made by two - two by fours nailed. Again slug and cut a four by six piece of wood for making door header Final step, slug and cut two by fours an fill the wall frame, and nail in the three pieces for making door frame.

After you have made the side walls in the same style that you built the back wall, its time to stand the walls up and nail them to the foundation by using sixteen small nails. Finally, for building the roof frame slug and cut a two by six board in the length of your wood shed. Nail this on the front wall top now, slug and cut wood for making sides and back, and nail these pieces also. Use extra wood cuts for filling roof frame; and space them eight inches apart. Cut and lay down sheets of plywood for roof completion. Cover the plywood with tar paper & shingles, and here is your completed roof.

Slug the door opening, and then cut the required wood for making width of the opening. Put the boards on a flat surface, side by side. Use more wood cuts for making the width of the door, and nail one facing the top of the door, one facing the middle, and one facing the bottom. This has to be done the inside of the door. Put the hinges and a small latch on the door, and its ready to be hanged. After putting the swinging door on your wood shed, your shed is ready for paint. Paint it with your favorite color and here’s your wooden shed complete.
